Reset ITWConnect password

If you have already setup your security questions and answers.

You can reset your password through:

- https://my.itwconnect.com/ and clicking on "Forgot Password".

Here you will need to answer two of your security questions to reset your password.

Your new password must be at least:

- 12 characters long and include a number.

- Upper case letter, lower case letter.

- A special character such as (?, !, &, #, %).

If you have not created your security questions.

- Then you will need to contact IT department.

- There will be a delay since we will have to send a request through to the US to provide you with a temporary password.

- Once you receive your temporary password, you should change it and also create your security questions and answers.
