First Sale / Usage Date

Sales Order date / First Usage BI flag update can be found under inventory maintenance – BI flags

The field will is held in the stock master table – stock-user-only-date2. User security ZUSR.S003 will grant access to edit this field.

Application service 1061 runs nightly on weekdays at 1am to search for the first Sale / Usage date and update this field. Note it does not appear to update, only insert when blank. This means that any SKUS that were created via the COPY function in extra will not be updated. This is because the standard copy program would copy the data in stock-user-only-date2.

The copy function will likely be removed in the near future.
