For Requesters to be notified when you are away. When Requesters add a note or replies to your ticket, they will receive the automatic response.
You will still need to also set OOM in Outlook.
Canned response cannot be changed. It is a single template for all. @IT Leadership, please do not attempt to configure in “Settings”.
To set OOM, simply click on the Phone icon at the bottom of your left navigation panel. Then “Apply OOO”. Select the dates and “Apply”.
