If you have already setup your security questions and answers.  You can reset your password through: - https://my.itwconnect.com/ and clicking on "Forgot Password".  Here you will need to answer two of your security questions to reset your password. Your new password must be at least: -  12 characters long and include a number. -  Upper case letter, lower case letter. -  A special character such as (?, !, &, #, %). If you have not created your security questions. - Then you will need to contact IT department.  - There will be a delay since we will have to send a request through to the US to provide you with a temporary password.  - Once you receive your temporary password, you should change it and also create your security questions and answers.

Your IT department can also help reset your ITWConnect password.  However, there will be a long delay since your IT department has to send a request through to the US since your ITWConnect accounts are managed there.  Alternatively, you can setup your own security questions and answers to quickly reset the password when needed.
